About Me
Raised in a log cabin in Vernon, BC, with my four brothers and two sisters, I grew up skiing on Silver Star Mountain, dirt biking, and sailiing. My passion for adventure and emergency response led me to start my career as a lifeguard, followed by an Emergency Medical Responder in the Oil and Gas Industry. In 2015, I moved to Victoria to further my dedication to helping others and became a licensed Paramedic with BC Ambulance Service.
Personal Health Journey
BRITTANY STACK
Having personally experienced the challenge of endometriosis-constant pain, bloating, exhaustion, and discouragement—and having undergone numerous surgeries, including a full hysterectomy at age 31—I empathize with those who struggle to find the motivation to get up and go to the gym.
My journey through weight gain and the challenges of losing it has taught me how to embrace fitness as a way of life and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you!
