About Me

Raised in a log cabin in Vernon, BC, with four brothers and two sisters, I developed a strong connection to health and fitness early on. Skiing on Silver Star Mountain, dirt biking, and spending summers in the Okanagan shaped an active, adventurous lifestyle. My love for movement and challenging myself naturally led to a desire to inspire and empower others to prioritize their health and well-being.

In 2015, I moved to Victoria to further my career and became a licensed Paramedic with BC Ambulance Service. This role has deepened my understanding of the human body, the importance of physical resilience, and the value of proactive care. It has fueled my passion for helping others build strength and vitality through daily movement and healthy habits.

Today, I apply this same mindset to health and fitness coaching. My goal is to help others feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies—whether they’re working towards performance goals, recovering from injury, or simply seeking to feel better day to day. I believe fitness is more than just workouts; it’s about committing to yourself, supporting longevity, and creating a lifestyle that fosters sustainable habits for lasting health.

From Struggle to Strength

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to stay motivated and committed to fitness—especially when you're navigating real health challenges.

Having personally struggled with severe endometriosis, chronic pain, fatigue, and weight fluctuations, I truly understand how discouraging it can be to build the discipline needed to stay consistent.

Through my own journey of overcoming injuries, surgeries, and mental setbacks, I’ve discovered the transformative power of embracing fitness as a way of life. It’s not just about appearance—it’s about reclaiming your strength and creating a lifestyle that supports long-term wellness.
